Application Process at Eniro Care
1. Submit Your Application
Complete our quick online application form. Tell us about your experience, motivation, and why you’d like to join the Eniro Care team. Our recruitment team reviews every application personally—no automated filters.
2. Initial Call
If your application matches our current opportunities, we’ll give you a friendly call to learn more about you, your availability, and your preferred work areas. This is also your chance to ask us questions about the role.
3. Interview & Right to Work Check
Next, you’ll meet one of our recruitment team—either in person or online. We’ll discuss your background, caring approach, and values. We’ll also complete essential right-to-work and ID checks in line with CQC and UKVI standards.
4. Pre-Employment Screening
Before you start, we’ll carry out enhanced DBS checks, collect professional references, and verify your training certificates. If you’re new to care, we’ll help you complete all mandatory courses and induction modules.
5. Induction & Shadowing
You’ll attend an induction covering Eniro’s values, safeguarding, person-centred care, and medication awareness. New carers shadow experienced team members to build confidence before working independently.
6. Welcome to Eniro Care
Once all checks and training are complete, you’ll receive your uniform and rota. From your very first visit, you’ll have ongoing support, supervision, and opportunities to grow within our team.
